Why impact matters
We understand the importance of robustly evidencing the impact of your school’s intervention programmes. That's why we're here to support you to improve grades, boost confidence and report on the impact tutoring is having on your pupils.
Your MyTutor dashboard tracks the effect of your programmes as they happen so you can keep track and measure impact. Access lesson-by-lesson reporting on each child's skills and progress, measure pupil confidence, and check attendance at the click of a button.
And if your needs to change during the school year? You'll have a dedicated Educated Partnerships Manager on hand to make sure your programme is providing the most value possible for your school and pupils.

How do we measure impact?
Grade increases
We’ll work with your Programme Lead to help assess mock to exam grade performance - our schools start seeing grade improvements after just 6 sessions.
Confidence
Throughout your programmes, pupils complete an end of lesson pulse survey to measure confidence and tutors submit an assessment after each lesson too. 90% of pupils felt good or great about their subject after MyTutor.
Motivation
Detailed surveys and quick progress updates capture insights about pupils' motivation in their subject throughout the programme.
Knowledge
Throughout your programmes, tutors work with teachers to assess and close knowledge gaps and pupils are supported to self-assess their subject knowledge throughout the programme.
Get feedback throughout every programme:
Pupil surveys
After every lesson, as well as a more extensive survey at the start, middle and end of a programme, to ensure pupil voice is heard.
Tutor-led assessments
After every lesson, tutors will provide a comprehensive review of a pupil’s progress for teachers and your Programme Lead.
Ongoing analytics
Available in your Teacher Portal, enabling you to keep track of pupil attendance, engagement and more.
“Nearly all pupils improved from their mock grades. We felt that pupils didn’t just improve their confidence in Maths, but they improved their confidence generally across the whole range of subjects."
Deputy Headteacher, New Rickstones Academy
A research-backed approach:
Education Endowment Foundation
Shows that tutoring provides 1+ grade of progress, on average, for every completed programme making it a high-impact intervention.
The Sutton Trust
Evidence shows that 1:1 and small group tuition are some of the most effective strategies to raise attainment.
National Foundation for Educational Research (NFER)
Recommends that 12-15 hours of tutoring will have a meaningful impact on pupil attainment.
